Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead is a traditional holiday in central and southern Mexico typically October 31-November 2 celebrating loved ones who have passed. This workshop welcomes folks to celebrate their loved one [family member, animal, or inspirational historical figure-artist, activist, athlete] by creating a mini altar with a variety of materials 5x6 inches or smaller. Each participant will bring a small picture [2x2 inches, 3x4 inches, or 5x6 inches] to display in a recycled box and collage elements which best describe their loved one. Food and music included!

$5 per person to participate in altar making
